ABOUT
President of The Estes Group, Inc. started the company after ten (10) years of commercial real estate experience as a staff appraiser and associate broker for two commercial real estate companies. Brian successfully operated the investment brokerage, property management and valuation/consulting firm, The Estes Group, before merging with a regional firm, Commercial Property 1, LLC in 2011. Additionally, he was a staff accountant at LDDS WorldCom following graduation at Mississippi College. Brian was honored with the Top 40 Under 40 awards in 2009 by the Mississippi Business Journal, is affiliated with multiple professional organizations and is involved with a variety of community organizations and causes. He has been awarded the prestigious CCIM Designation from the CCIM Institute in 2000 and CPM Designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2008.

ABOUT
Andrew Bush started with the Estes Group in January 2007. Prior, he received a Bachelors of Business Administration (B.B.A) from Mississippi State University in Starkville, MS. He continued his education by receiving a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Millsaps College in Jackson, MS. While at Millsaps, he interned with a regional real estate firm where he worked for the property management division spearheading a market analysis project of Downtown Jackson. Andrew was awarded the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2012 and the prestigious CCIM Designation from the CCIM Institute in 2019.

ABOUT
Marvin comes to the Estes Group with a wide variety of both Real Estate and Facilities Management experience. He spent 18 years as a Broker Associate with NAI/Sawyer Commercial in Gulfport, MS and is a Lifetime Member of the Top Producers Club with the Gulf Coast Association of Realtors. He has represented National, Regional, and local clients in all areas of the commercial transaction. Additionally, he has managed numerous categories of commercial and manufacturing facilities from textile and apparel manufacturing to Class A office properties. Marvin earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi, an Associate’s Degree in Management from the State University of New York, and both the Accredited Commercial Manager and Certified Property Manager designations for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He has served as President of MS Chapter 80 of IREM, member of the USM Real Estate Advisory Board and numerous Civic and Business organizations.

ABOUT
Shontena has almost two decades of knowledge associated with the South Pointe Business Park facility. She started her administrative career with Skytel in 2003, which became Verizon Communications in 2006, supporting the engineering department. In 2007, her career path switched to assist the local commercial property owners with the day-to-day office management of the property. Even though the ownership of the South Pointe changed during her tenure, her mission stayed true to tasks related to accounting, payroll, office administration and operational project management. In 2015, her experience and knowledge of South Pointe elevated her to the Assistant Property Manager position. She continues these core responsibilities as part of the managerial team at South Pointe and has become heavily involved with developing and maintaining tenant relations within the building.

ABOUT
Greg joined the Estes Group as Controller in August 2020. He is a native of Cleveland, MS and currently resides in Brandon, MS with his wife, Natalie, and two daughters, Sophie and Amelia. A graduate of Delta State University in Accounting and Finance with a master’s degree in Business Administration Greg brings over 20 years of accounting and management experience to the firm. His past experiences include Regional Finance Director with Regions Insurance and Corporate Controller with Peterbilt Truck Centers.

ABOUT
Jimmy Kitchens received his real estate license in 2011 and joined the Estes Group in 2014. Before joining the Estes Group, Jimmy had a successful sales career. He also owned the Homes & Land franchise for the Jackson Metro area. He has brokered deals in all areas of commercial real estate, but focuses on Multi-Family properties. Jimmy is from Jackson, MS and holds a degree in Managerial Finance from The University of Mississippi.

Brian Chadwick started with The Estes Group in 2008 as an intern while obtaining his Master’s of Business Administration at Millsaps College. Prior to his M.B.A, Brian obtained a Bachelor’s degree from Millsaps where he double majored in Business Administration and Spanish with a focus in Finance. ABOUT
Jeff Rowell’s background is grounded in Economic Development where, as Executive Director, he worked to identify and optimize wealth-generating opportunities through business development initiatives. Tasks central to stimulating economic growth included industrial site location and development, target business recruitment, and lobbying for project-specific incentives to facilitate investor needs. After eight years in the public/private sector, Jeff sought to explore niche marketing concepts with opportunities discovered overseas, which resulted in the creation of an artisan spirits brand, single-estate sourced in Brazil.
In 2021, Jeff returned to the U.S. Southeast and joined The Estes Group. Here he is able to fuse his experiences with his passions by aligning buyers with high-quality commercial and industrial real estate investments that can provide portfolio diversification.
Jeff is from Heidelberg, Mississippi. He is graduate of the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration, with a focus in International Business. Notable membership include The National Eagle Scout Association, The University of Alabama “A” Club, and former board member of The International Economic Development Council.

Chip Walker started with The Estes Group in 2022. Prior, he received his Real Estate License in 1998 and Broker’s License in 2001. Chip earned the CCIM designation in the prestigious CCIM Institute (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 2007.
Chip has successfully sold, leased, managed, and developed commercial properties for real estate investors in Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, and Tennessee. As a Broker, Chip has brokered deals in all areas of commercial real estate.
Chip is a graduate of the University of Mississippi. He is from Laurel, MS and has resided in Jackson since 1986.

Brandi Manning, CPM, Ad. RAM joined The Estes Group in January, 2018 bringing nearly 30 years of multifamily management experience. Having begun her career as a leasing agent and working her way through the ranks, she has served in roles such as Regional Vice President, Director of Property Management, and Vice President. Having managed more than 16,000 units across the Southeast, she has extensive knowledge of property operations, financial modeling, staff supervision and development, and implementing policies and procedures for best practices.
Brandi has served as President for various boards, including the Mississippi Apartment Association (MAA), MS Chapter of Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and MS Multifamily Council (MMC). She has served on the Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association of MS and the Education Committee for IREM national.
Brandi holds her CPM (Certified Property Manager) and her Advanced RAM (Registered in Apartment Management) and has served as an instructor for both the RAM and CLP (Certified Leasing Professional) courses. She has created and led numerous training courses for various events over the years. She has received numerous awards and recognition throughout her career for her hard work, passion, and dedication to the industry.

ABOUT
Bobby started his career in 1980s as a Construction Superintendent building and renovating one of the first and premier office buildings in downtown Jackson. He moved on to Facility management ultimately working at Parkway Properties, a REIT, for 18 years. Before starting with the Estes Group, he was the Corporate Construction Manager spearheading Capitol Projects from inception, including design, creating scope of work, facilitating the RFP and bid process, negotiating contracts and budgeting.
Bobby currently has Top Secret Security clearance overseeing the Jackson FBI Facility.

Kerry brings over 30 years of combined government and commercial property maintenance experience to the Estes Group. He began his extensive career with the State of Mississippi as part of the Maintenance Team for the Department of Finance and Administration (DFA). He moved to the Dr. A.H. McCoy Federal Building and Federal Courthouse where he was responsible for day-to-day maintenance operations. Having been with South Pointe Business Center for nearly a decade, Kerry retains extensive skillsets in lighting, plumbing, carpentry, and unparalleled knowledge of the South Pointe Business Park property.

ABOUT
Bryan brings over 30 years of experience to The Estes Group, with combined high-rise residential and commercial properties. He started his career in New York maintaining all the daily operations of five high-rise buildings in 1992. Then moving to Tennessee in 1997 to maintain a historical 14 story residential high-rise at The New Southern Hotel. He organized annual equipment inspections, schedule, overseeing large capital projects. Such as new roofs, boilers, Commercial water heaters and chiller towers. Bryan earned his associate degree at Detroit Engineering Institute in mechanical and civil engineering. He also received other credits/certificates in heavy equipment, forklifts, confined spaces, fire safety, scaffolding staging and safety and solar energy.
